Having been a motorhomer for the last six years I have suffered at the hands of Main Dealers for Servicing etc, and having been subjected to their over inflated prices I felt I had to write to you to express what a breath of fresh air I found your services to be.

Not only do I no longer have to deliver my vehicle, and have to hang around non-descript waiting areas and await the verdict on my latest Service but I can get on with other business without wasting my time.

Steve your engineer arrived at my home at a time and date suitable to me, and just got on with the job at hand. A price was given which I found extremely competitive and the work carried out satisfactorily and with reassuring competency. Minor items found over and above that of what I had asked to be done were pointed out and in some cases put right at no extra cost to me (how often does that happen nowadays?).

So give yourselves "a pat on the back" and continue to give quality and value for money services and I am sure your customer base will grow with your reputation.
